COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE BEFORE AND AFTER MERGER (CASE STUDY AT PT HOLCIM INDONESIA)

This study aims to analyze differences in the company's financial performance before & after merger of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk. The is measured using ratios: liquidity ratios (current ratio cash ratio), solvency (debt debt equity activity (total assets turn over fixed over), profitability (nett profit margin gross margin), market (earnings per share price earnings ratio). quantitative method used this takes data from Tbk's statements for 2014-2017 period. analysis technique uses SPSS software. results calculation showed a decrease post-merger on all ratios, only increased. Then do paired sample t test which concludes that there no significant difference average and merger. because not much different.
